The departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia are looking to hire a PhD scientist or neuro-oncologist physician-scientist. The successful candidate will be collaborative and will run a strong basic and translational research laboratory focused on glioma. Thomas Jefferson University covers a large population in Philadelphia, south NJ and Delaware. The team currently includes four neurosurgeons, three neuro-oncologists and three CNS radiation oncologists. The team works closely with clinicians and researchers at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center as well as the Vickie & Jack Farber Institute for Neuroscience.
